- After 24 hours, preorder cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- We strive to deliver your jeans within the estimated timeframe. However, please note that delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
1. **Eligibility:**
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jeans must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
